ExPERT 2.0: Excellence in Prostate Enucleation through Revolutionary Techniques

Course description: This course is an advanced, hands-on educational program designed to equip urologists with the knowledge, technical skills, and decision-making strategies needed to master endoscopic enucleation of the prostate (EEP).

Through a combination of expert-led lectures, real-world case discussions, and simulation-based training, participants will gain insights into:
• Establishing and sustaining an EEP service in various practice settings, including resource-limited environments.
• Translating laser physics into optimal clinical application for safe and effective enucleation.
• Navigating challenging HoLEP cases and complex intraoperative scenarios.
• Implementing best practices in morcellation while preventing and managing complications.
• Learning from real-life surgical “nightmares” to build resilience and improve outcomes.
• Sharing techniques, pearls, and troubleshooting strategies with experienced enucleation surgeons.

The course culminates in immersive simulation sessions on enucleation and morcellation, providing participants with a safe environment to refine skills, practice complication management, and gain confidence before applying them in the operating room. Whether you are starting your enucleation journey or refining advanced techniques, ExPERT 2.0 offers a comprehensive, high-impact learning experience aimed at elevating surgical performance and patient outcomes in BPH surgery.
