Course description: The course will equip the urologist with practical knowledge on how to administer intravesical chemotherapy/immunotherapy with confidence in his practice. This will include important information and key steps prior, during and after instillation.

- Know the indications and contraindications for intravesical chemo/immunotherapy.
- Identify which subset of patients will benefit the most from giving intravesical chemotherapy and be able to provide the patient with the corresponding evidence-based statistics.
- Know the proper timing and schedule of intravesical chemotherapy.
- Choose the most appropriate drug to give his patient and drug options that are available in the Philippines.
- Be able to perform the proper steps in intravesical chemo/immunotherapy and how to monitor the patient for side effects during infusion.
- Know how to prepare the drugs to maximize efficacy,
- Know how to properly give sequential chemotherapy (gemcitabine/docetaxel, etc).
- Properly instruct patients regarding what complications to watch out for.
- Be able to effectively treat complications if they occur.
- Instruct patients on proper schedule and workup needed during follow-up.
- Offer the patient alternatives in case of failure or recurrence.

Course description: This course will provide a comprehensive overview of Multiparametric MRI, PIRADS scoring, different clinical applications of MpMRI fusion biopsy and new technologies in prostate fusion biopsies.
